Shipping policy
SHIPPING FEES
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees unless otherwise noted (i.e. limited time/special free shipping offer) or otherwise agreed upon.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING
- All items are inspected and carefully packaged.
- The tracking numbers will be emailed to the email address provided or, where applicable, sent via SMS messaging to the phone number provided.
- Please allow up to 3 days for ready-to-ship items to be shipped (brought to/or picked up by shipping carrier).
- Once packages are with the carrier, Spirit Realm Boutique has no control over the actual shipment time frame..
CARRIER SHIPPING & HANDLING
- Spirit Realm Boutique carefully inspects all items prior to shipment.
- Once orders are with the shipping carrier, Spirit Realm Boutique is not responsible for any delay in shipment time, loss, theft, or damage to packaging but will happily assist customers with any issues.
- Please contact the applicable shipping carrier with any issues regarding damaged packaging. See Return Policy for information on damaged items.
