Thinking about my birthday falling on Friday the 13th this past weekend, it got me reflecting on something I’ve always found fascinating because, as the date of my birth, I've always loved the number 13.

For a number that’s widely considered unlucky in modern culture… 13 actually carries a long history of sacred and spiritual meaning.

Somewhere along the way, the narrative shifted.

But historically? Spiritually? Mystically?

Thirteen has often been associated with power, cycles, and transformation.
